Julie Oakes, ACNP-BC, MSN

Julie Oakes is a board-certified nurse practitioner and the founder of Beauty Barn Aesthetics. With more than 17 years of healthcare experience and nearly a decade in medical aesthetics, Julie combines advanced clinical knowledge with an artistic, conservative approach to treatment. She specializes in natural-looking lip filler (especially for first-time patients) and neurotoxin treatments that soften lines while preserving natural expression. Additional focus areas include skin rejuvenation, microneedling, chemical peels, acne-scar improvement, and medically guided weight management. Fun facts: Julie teaches boxing at One Life in Martinsburg, sings Disney, plays piano, and lives in Martinsburg WV with her husband of 14 years and two morkie fur babies Buddy and Titan.
